To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, done77's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money deposits made by you to your done77 Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Upon Account closure for any reason other than confirmed fraud, your verified Real Money Balance will be returned to your registered withdrawal method after any outstanding investigations are concluded and all applicable terms have been applied. Bonus Balances and wagering-derived winnings that have not met applicable wagering requirements at the time of closure are forfeited.

By registering an Account, you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and regulatory bodies of that jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising under or in connection with these Terms.
